ADA & Service Animals (No Pets)

Mill Creek Music Fest is an ADA compliant event. Disclaimer: The campground is gravel and used to be a hayfield. You can expect hills, grassy fields, and a dirt road.  We will offer ADA compliant Port-o-potties.

Millcreek Music Festival supports the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal. What we DO NOT support are pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals, when in fact they are not. So please, don’t do it. Leave your pet at home. It is a crime to misrepresent a pet as a service animal. Those who bring their non-service animals to the festival will be ejected from the festival site without refund. You must provide proper documentation for your service animal to gain entry to the festival.

Frequently Asked Questions

How big are the campsites?

There is ample space for camping.   All attendees should expect a short walk from their vehicle to their campsite. Please be respectful of your neighbors and listen to our parking staff who work diligently to make sure everyone is camped comfortably and safely.

Is parking included with my festival pass? Where is parking?

Yes!  Please park where you are told to. We have limited space, and want to be sure that safety is always considered.   Vehicles that inappropriately park will be towed.  Let the parking attendants know if you're staying all weekend, one day, or if you plant to leave. Parking is only a few minutes walk from the music venue and is near the entrance of the campground.  All vehicles are subject to search. Please be flexible with our parking staff whose first priority is maintaining everyone’s safety. We strongly encourage carpooling to reduce our carbon footprint as well as save space.

Can I arrive at Mill Creek Music Fest before gates open?

Sorry, but no.  We will be working hard to make sure everything is ready as well as making sure bands and vendors are ready to go before YOU arrive.

My friends want to camp together, is this possible?

Most likely.  Arrive at the same time, and our team will try to accommodate your group.  We can't guarantee that you will camp together, but we can guarantee we will do our best to make it happen for you.

There are no personal fires allowed, but what about charcoal grills, propane grills, or portable raised fire pits?

No raised fire pits or personal fires of any kind. Charcoal or propane grills are acceptable. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but safety is always our #1 priority.

Mill Creek Music Fest is cancelled. Come see us in 2021!
